If you need ways to bring up the subject "tastefully," I'd say your relationship hasn't developed enough to be doing it anyway.
If you want to learn about cunnilingus and women's orgasms, spend 20 minutes reading the forum. There's plenty here already.
I also object to "convincing" her to do anything... if she doesn't want to do it, respect her wishes.
