Me and my girlfriend use a lot of big toys and practise alot of fisting, until now my partner have been capable to get 2.8 inch(7 cm) diamter dildo and my whole hand. But we also have an 3.9 inch(10 cm) diamter dildo wich would be nice to get in the vagina and maybe two hands.
Is there any movement that you can do with hand/toy that is good if you want to stretch the vagina and the vagina opening more? The thing that often settle how big things you could get in the vagina is the opening of the vagina, because inside of the vagina there is a bigger space. So are there any good movement to do to stretch the opening with the hands? I prefered for doing it with my hands, but if there are any tool that is good to use, just recomend them.

NOTE: Fisting wont make your vagina loose, it strengthen the vaginas muscles, wich will make your vagina tighter and will let you grip a penis easier. Wich results in that you will feel much more with your penis in the vagina. Also your orgasms will be stronger because the muscles get training.


If you care to believe that purposeful stretching will not loosen the vagina, be my guest. Muscles are only strengthened by exercise. Stretching with an instrument or a hand is not exercise. And the other tissues are being stretched as well and some do not have the elasticity of muscles.

I don't think stretching the vagina with your hand strengthins it.. When I stretch before physical activity it is to loosen my muscles, not to make me stronger, so if the vagina is similar to your other muscles, I would imagine its the same... I know holding things in it make it stonger, like ben-wa balls and smart balls, but stretching.... eh. But hey, I'm no docter.
Hmmm, while many many couples would like to just get one or two fingers inside, not to mention a penis, you would like two hands? While the vaginal opening can pass a newborn it isn't without the help of some physiology and chemicals.
This reminds me of more than one case in which the couple liked anal play so stretched the anus beyond its capability to close. Now, that can be a very messy situation to have to live with. I believe this desire of yours should remain a fantasy.
First off OUCH, can she sit the following week? Just cause something as large as a baby comes out doesn't mean something as large as a baby can/would/should go in. If you can handle a gerkin, deal with a gherkin, stay away from dill pickles.

Just joking on that, since it's got to do with different types of muscle tissue, but onwards....
As Brandye and Doc both said, there are plenty of reasons to NOT do this. There are all sorts of other tissues that have to move out of the way when you do that, and those can be damaged. Also, while some consider that exercising with heavy weights stretches the muscle and promotes muscle growth, that is only the muscle tissue itself that is being stretched, not the connective tissue surrounding it(bar the ligaments/tendons). Doing what you suggest will eventually stretch out connective tissue that stays permanently damaged.
