I agree, not everyone can orgasm from oral. Some can ONLY orgasm from oral, everyone is different.
It shouldnt be a medical issue unless like Uncreative said, you are having trouble ejaculating with any method.

i dont think u shd worry bout there being something wrong unless you are having problems with ejaculating when u masturbate yourself...if you are getting these sensations then maybe visit the doctor, but i think just keep practicing with ur g/f until she gets it right. (obv. give her pointers or you could masturbate whilst she sucks you off)...if you're experiencing discomfort then do see a doctor, but if you're only having trouble when she performs oral on you, then that may just be down to inexperience.
