Try concentrating on just the Glans of the penis. Let it slip between your lips and then use your tongue more. Open your mouth wider if necessary, although not wide open which will tire your jaw muscles.
Think lick and lap and suck. His penis does not have to go in very far for you to be able to do nice and interesting things to him. Please give these suggestions a try and let me know how it works out.

What if you get a mouth guard? There are those rubber or plastic ones which a dentist can mold to fit over your teeth and the wire??
