I am with a guy that is well-endowed (about 9"-10"). I have given head before and I have never had any problems doing so because I have never had to deal with a guy this big. My mouth is not that big and because he is so big, I am having a hard time giving him head without my teeth getting in the way. Any suggestions??

Your b/f would be in the top one percentile in terms of size. Of course, measurement error is common in checking those things. I hope many men will read your post and become convinced that too much. Size becomes important to women mostly when problems arise.
In giving oral, focus on the "top end;" the glans penis and the corona are the most sensitive parts and few men can even tell how much you actually take into your mouth. Much tongue work and sucking around the sides of the corona will get him there.
If you are still experiencing problems after more than 150 penetrations, see your gyn and explain the problem.

when giving head, focus on the head && use your hands alot.
during sex, you need a lot of foreplay to get you very lubricated. that'll help.
and a friend recommended using toys that get progressively larger to stretch yourself out a bit.
if the problem persists, then maybe slow shallow sex will help. pounding could be a definite no-no.
if all else fails, see a doctor.
I'm not quite as big as your man.. 8 inches length, 4.75 girth, but have had similiar issues and actually had one relationship end because of it(she was very tight...lube or not lube it didn't matter)... All of what the previous members have said are very insightful and on track but I would agree that after that many encounters if you haven't loosened up(why would you want to?) then you may be looking at a permanent issue. I know the vagina is supposed to contract and stretch with stimulation and accomdate a penis but there is a limit. I think you are finding yours... I know i have seen this myself and your man is a bit bigger than me so I can't imagine it's feeling as good as one that is "built for you." Average female vaginal canal is 6 inches so you do the math... I agree... ramming would not be good..
