I just thought I'd tell you all that my periods are very unnormal and always have been. Sometimes it takes months for my period to start again and when I do have my period it hurts so bad and my period would last only 5 or 7 days afterwards which I think is not right. I'm going to the Gyenecology for the first time.
I'm very nervous but glad that I'm going cause I've been worried about this since I was like 11.
I'm just saying that I'm nervous and maybe I could tell you all too.

Don't be nervous, explain this is your first exam and ask the practitioner to explain everything before they start...relax, they do not hurt. Write a list of questions tonight and bring them with you so you do not forget...
