Sometimes this just happens to me. Either when I haven't had sex in awhile and really want it. Or like the next day after haveing sex, the excess of my natural lubrication will just come out, like a little gush. You don't have to be doing anything, most of the time it's right after I get out of bed and am walking around. Nothing to worry about, it's normal--my girlfriends and I have talked about our 'gushes' in girl talk. Hope this helped.:)

This is considered normal vaginal discharge for a woman. It's the body's way of cleansing itself and the amount & color will vary depending on the woman & what part of her cycle she is in. It's a concern if it has a foul odor or begins to itch.

It can be to the point of being too much, as in annoying. I found personally; taking a warm bath before helps reduce the issue, seems to dry out the tissue & appears more normally lubricated. I assume I am fortunate since often women complain about insufficient lubrication and required some added KY or such.

There are times when a mere thought will cause excessive lubrication with me.

Just be certain it's normal discharge and not a possible infection.
