So, my girl says digs anal play. Especially likes the beads, but one of the not soften times we had intercourse she bled a little when she pooped. I want her to be fulfilled an not scared. Not pushing for intercourse, but would be nice for her to enjoy the smaller stuff.. without her being afraid. Suggestions? Should I be concerned?

bleeding is a sign of a few things (as she isn't active enough to have seriusly damaged herself yet)
1. Not enough lube
2. She wasn't relaxed
3. movement was too fast.
If you reverse these three things, and make sure that she really is relaxed, you'll be fine. If she's scared, leave her be, as fear generates tightness that is definitely not welcome during anal play.
