If you did actually scratch the lining of the vagina and it occurred up inside or along the ridges of the G-spot, then she would not feel it. Brandye, our resident M.D. has stated that the inside of the vagina beyond just inside the entrance is devoid of nerves.
I have had that a few times, my doctor told me it was because it can dislodge some old period blood from the top or the edges.

Well, i've had this happen when inserting the penis too roughly at times, and this is with multiple women I think it's just as Doc said that it could be a little scratch
I'd say you scratched her. My girlfriend ripped my foreskin and I didn't notice until I heard her saying "Oh..."
Same thing has happened to me - basically fingernails needed trimmed, and the fingering was fairly vigorous......just a scratch
