It's gonna hurt her no matter what, your penis size is basically irrelevant right now. Make sure she finds it a positive experience by making out a lot and being really close. She should be as relaxed as possible or else its gonna be extra tough to get your dick in. Lube up if at all possible (I know it might be awkward or something your first time but use a lubricated condom and that simplifies it a bit - although there's probably not quite enough lube on that thing).
Be a bit forceful but not to the point of being an asshole, because otherwise it won't happen she'll decide there's something wrong with her and not have sex. And after you're done make sure you do some more kissing so she isn't just thinking about the pain.
