I’ve been looking through the message boards and I haven't seen anything similar to what this situation is. I really don’t know how to describe this but I’ll try my best.
Not to be vulgar by any means, but I’ve seen many penises before, and I know what they look like. The hole at the top is usually centered at the tip of the penis. My boyfriend’s is basically underneath the head and it looks like it is being pulled. There is also a darker ring about three quarters of the way up his shaft (towards the head). From this section on, the skin is slightly darker. He has no problem getting hard or having sex or putting on a condom, or anything like that.
I actually have heard of this situation before, one of my friends said her boyfriend’s penis had a dark ring dividing it into two different sections of color, but I don’t remember her mentioning anything about the hole being in a different spot.
This wouldn’t bother me so much, except I would love to give him head more often, but I’m not sure if this is going to make a difference in how I perform it, because I usually pay a lot of attention to the area where the shaft meets the head on the underside of the penis. I don’t need a lecture on how to give head, I’ve read the fellatio section, and I’ve given head many times. I just want to know why his penis is like this and if things are going to be or feel different because of it.

There is nothing particularly unusual about your boyfriend's penis... as Tease said, they come in all varieties. I've seen a few with the conditions you mention.
As for oral technique, just experiment and see what he likes. That's what you generally should do anyway. Each guy is different so a technique that works on one might not work on another. Besides... it's fun to find out what a person's triggers are...lol.
I tried looking up the urethra part of your question, but no luck.
I too have noticed the other on my boyfriend. its not real noticeable, just a slight color difference. I always assumed it was from circumsion? I dunno
Well, penises come in all shapes and sizes and no two are exactly alike.
I've never personally seen the two different colors thing, but I may have to go with demons theory of it being from circumcision. My guy is uncut, and everything on him is the same color. (except of course when he's hard. then the head looks different than a cut penis.)
And I don't really think the hole location or the color thing is going to make it feel different or be different.
I know there's zillions of ways to give head, and granted, I've only given head to one person, but I don't really see how there could be that much variation from one penis to the next when it came to feeling different and whatnot.
