My penis isn't straight when it is erect. When I stand in a urinal it goes slightly to the left. When it is erect it hooks noticably to the left. Will gilrs mind if it is not straight? Is there anything thing I can do to get it straight.

don't worry about it. It can even be an advantage to have it that way you know, so it can hit right in the spot, you just know what u have and use it to serve you well.
If you're really worried go and see your doctor (or local sexual health clinic) and get it checked out. It's not an illness and it's not hereditary either - it's just the way it is.
It can be operated on in certain instances.

When u have sex u could find a postion where the curve will help with hittin the g-spot. And as long as its not like a 45degree curve or anyhting i bet girls wont even think anything of it.
