Hello. I am currently dating a guy who is physically disabled. He has a musculoskeletal disorder where his leg joints and wrist joints are fused. He also has scoliosis and has a steel rod in his back so he is pretty limited in movement. Him and I may become sexually active in the future and I am wondering if there are any sexual positions that would be helpful for a guy like him. I am not physically disabled although I am not very flexible either due to being overweight and having arthritis. Any advice?

Musculoskeletal Disorder and Sex

When the time comes, this is something that the two of you will most likely have to explore, trying and eliminating positions that just don't work for the two of you.
What follows are links to illustrated sexual positions for the two of you to consider, try, and either adopt, modify to suit, or eliminate.
