I was just wondering whether anyone knows which muscles are used when you have normal intercourse. I'm guessing its something in the legs and stomach but I'm not sure. and does anyone know how to excercise these muscles???

The January site update included a brand new fun section called Sexercise . It has pictures of many different sexercises (for men and women), descriptions of how to do them, and explains which sexercise works which muscles!

my girlfriend and I tried the Sexercises (without the underwear I might add)
we approached it as just a bit of fun (an alternate to regular foreplay). the whole thing was kinda goofy, but it was so much fun trying to get into all those positions and do the "sexercises" that we really enjoyed it.
i recommend you try it - just don't be too serious!
