Do naturally smaller girls have a higher concentration of nerve endings in areas like the breasts and vaginal opening than naturally bigger girls? That is what I've heard because some girls i know with smaller breasts enjoy playing with them more than girls I know with larger ones.

More nerves?
There has been two schools of thought concerning the number of nerves between the Glans and the Tip of the clitoris. One side of the debate says that because the clitoris is a miniature version of the penis that there are just as many nerves. The other side of the debate says there are many more nerves in the Tip than in the Glans. All agree that the nerves are much more concentrated in the Tip than in the Glans and this is probably the main reason the clitoris is much more sensitive and reactive. Uncircumcised men can come close to this heightened sensitivity.
As for the Areolas and Nipples, my guess is that smaller Areolas are more sensitive.

I don't know about any relation between breastsize and sensitivity. I think it really depends on the individual woman... But maybe someone else knows? Personally: I am a big girl with B+/C- cup (not that big/not that small) and rather large areolas and mine are sensitive as hell! I can even have an orgasm from having just my breasts fondled :)

From my experience, I have large breasts and played tackle football (yes with the boys) for 3 years. The constant hitting from practice had somewhat dulled my sensitivity in that area for a long time. Now that I guess they have recovered from that, they are not 'highly' sensitive, but I love having them played with and nibbled. My clit however, is very sensitive, and for someone who likes to ride horses, I had to learn how to adjust my seating to overcome getting wet every time I got in a saddle lol. Yes, Burning, I mean exactly that. All zygotes are female. The Y chromosome from the father only gets involved about four days after fertilization. The clitoris is the normal "human" feature. After the Y chromosome kicks in, there is a burst of testosterone that cause the clitoris to develop into penis and include the urethra as part of it. A bit simplified but you read correctly.

I meant physically small (shorter and skinnier)

Personally i don't think it matters.My clitoris is the most sensitive part of me,i could come all day by getting it stimulated by hand.Whereas i rarely orgasm through vaginal penetration,it depends on the position.And my areolas are two different sizes and my men have never paid much attention to my tits anyway
