Do women still have an emotional cycle they go thru after menopause that would include a particularly lovey phase followed by what resembles the symptoms of PMS? Last week she was all over me and this week "good morning" brings world war III.

Thanks, now I can at least understand a little. Now if I can just get her to like receiving oral sex...
I agree with Sera but these do moderate over time. If she is on hormone replacement therapy, that helps. As does time - the body begins to adjust to the regularly low level of hormones and the little peaks and valleys disappear.
Menopause is a gradual stopping of the reproductive fubction, not a cliff we drop over. Though it can feel like the latter!
