I've done it all, but in my own privacy though. I would never become a transexual in public, no way, not me. 
I've done it a lot when I used to live in my parents house but since I live alone now, I don't do it anymore (but I would do it again). When I used to live with my parents long ago, I used to wait 'til my parents aren't home, then I'll sneak out some of my mothers panties, bras or different kinds of lingerie to see how I look with them on through a mirror.
I've dressed up like a real woman a few times (again in my own privacy, would never do it in public), wearing all full women's clothes, skirt, blouse, et. Everything.
It's definitely a huge turn on for sure and it feels great. Definitely great for masturbation that's for sure.
I'm sure you all would know that there is nothing wrong for men to put on women's clothes. Men do it all the time. I've seen straight men dress up as women for Halloween.
So I can see why the transexuals enjoy dressing up as women in public but I would never do it. 
And before someone asks, no, I've never been caught with women's clothes on. 
But my mother knows I've been doing it but she would never say anything because she knows that I do it for my own fantasy and she doesn't want to embarrass me. But I do put the clothes back in right exact place where they belonged so she won't go thinking anyone stole them from her. ;)
When I get a girlfriend this year, I'll probably do the same thing, of course, she won't care because she'll end up thinking it's very erotic. Sometime I'll have to go to Kmart in town and head into the women's clothes section, in the underwear section mostly. If the cashier questions me on if I'm going to wear the women's underwear, I'll just say it's a gift for my wife/girlfriend (even if I don't have one now).
