Men and women seem to have differing tastes when it come to lingerie. So, what's your favourite item that really makes you feel hot?

You didn't give multiple options so I'll just write. I don't consider thongs lingerie because I wear them all the time. Corsets though, are quite hot. I also like baby dolls a lot, especially ones that actually fit my boobs.

EDIT: I also don't consider boy shorts (french knickers) lingerie either, because I wear them a decent amount as well.

I like different styles but body stockings are my fav! Thongs are good and my wife likes 'em too. Whatever she likes and feels good in, I'm all for that since if it makes her feel sexy, it's going to be a good night for me!

Interesting that stockings and suspenders are leading the poll. I didn't know that suspenders were even lingerie since they are more outterwear than underwear. I DO love to see a nice set of boobs framed by suspenders, but nope, not lingerie. I also consider stockings borderline lingerie. I would say they enter only because they combine so well with corsets, bustiers and teddies. I see bustiers and teddies didn't even make the list. Does no one use them anymore? What about camissoles and chemises? Yummy, on the right body, but not on the list
There are other kinds of panties besides thongs! The classic negligee isn't on the list. neither is the baby doll. I mostly don't like baby dolls and I don't know why, but someone mentioned them and LOTS of people like them. I don't even know what "French knickers" are -and I have bought lingerie in France!!!!! curious_woman says they are the same as boy shorts so I'll take her word for it. I differ with her in that I do consider panties to be lingerie. On the other hand I prefer I prefer my camissoles and chemises presented without panties. Corsets and bustiers without panties look good too.

I love to see others wearing micro thongs. I sometimes wear them, I am a nudist and when I have to be dressed I usually wear nothing under it.

Why isn't bra on the list? By the way, a thong means something different in Australia to the US. Here, a thong is an item of footwear. I think in the US they are called 'flip-flops'.

Thong used to be a kind of sandal in the US also. Maybe it still is when used in the plural. I remember references to wearing thongs. I suppose one only has one foot or is excentric on one thong sandal could be worn.
So let me ask, cyclefreak, what a panty that is similar to a G string, but is not a G string, is called in Australia?

I'm not quite sure that I understand the question, dlb. G-string has the same meaning here as in the US, I believe. They are all just panties anyway.
