It depends, after the first orgasm of the day i might not ever go down or if i do i can be back up pretty quickly. After the second orgasm it can take a few minutes to get back up, between 5 and 10 unless she's doin' something to help it along that is. I have answered this question over and over over the years. A man's "refractory period" or down time is dependent upon:

1. age
2. sex drive
3. how each of is "wired"

A post pubescent boy has the shortest quickest recover period. As we age, the recovery period becomes longer and longer. For those men up to their late 40s or early 50s, the recovery period can be as much as half an hour.

I take blood presure and a anti depressent so i have a hard time cumming from that, so its not uncommon for us to go for a couple hours or longer yes age does play into that also.
