Intercourse is more about playing to the psyches bringing each in touch with the other for a moment in time. (We are one with the other) Therefore, intercourse is more intimate for this reason.

For those who say oral is more intimate, I say you do not yet fully understand mature love.

I would say , it depends on time and place.
If you dont have intimacy, you cant take him in mouth and carass it , tongue it and suck it. Same is it when , he licks the pussy. Hyginically, it is dirty. But because if your intimacy , you dont feel it dirty. Infact you try to keep it clean so that your partner likes it.
Otherwise , you are right. Sex in real terms means vaginal only. But intimacy is person dependant.

Vaginal! Because it is never more intimate than when the two of you are eye to eye reading each others emotions as you move together. That being said, I believe that for most people giving someone oral sex is more a sign of being comfortable with each other than a sign of intimacy. But of course everyone's attitudes are different now aren't they!

For me, I think vaginal is far more intimate. I mean, not to say that oral isn't, it can be, but for me and my wife, we enjoy being physical with each other, lots of cuddling and rubbing, which you can't do as easily when blowing or eating out
I know my wife enjoys the Lotus and Missionary positions the most, she says she feels a "deeper connection" (both sexual and non-sexual xD) when we're doing slow, passionate vaginal sex. When she's giving me head or when I'm eating her out, we just don't feel that connection, that closeness, that vaginal sex gives.
Sure we can do 69 and rub each other and cuddle and all that but it's just not the same xD

I find that sex is much more intimate than oral. For one, is there any way that you can be physically closer to someone? And for another, (which probably doesn't apply to most people), I view sex as a very spiritual thing. You are sharing yourself with another person, which is the greatest gift a person can give. And, in my religion, the joining a two people in sex is a way in which humankind can become even closer to the God and Goddess (weird, I know, but there is a long explanation behind it). =]
