Lol, shall I be the first? I must admit that, in total honesty, I have a 5.75 inches penis (calculated by the side which is closest to my stomach) But hey, I'm 17 and actually have a squeletal problem that ages me 2 years behind everyone else, so it may grow bigger? Hope so, LOL...

I'm very small when soft, about 1 1/2 inch. When hard I'm about 7-8inches.
The largeness when hard is good for me, but i wish it was a little bigger when soft.

I have that same problem... It's kinda embarrasing in the locker room to be a "grow-er" rather than a "show-er"

Well at least we're quite large when hard, after all... what can you do with a soft penis? Nothing...
