Yup, a response I have exounded upon in many threads.

This question begs the question "too small for what"?

If the penis is flaccid and a 1/2" long then this might be considered too tiny to do much with until it expands a bit.

I would say that a penis is too small when a woman cannot adequately grasp it with at least a couple of fingers. If she can grab on, then she has all she needs to make it longer. The same goes for a guy wanting to masturbate.

Other than these, a penis is what it is and with few rare exceptions is large enough to function as intended. Pleasing a woman has more to do with form (what you do and how) than function.

4 inches is still ok I guess. the main thing is of course how it is used, if smaller penis is compensated by other things (i.e. oral sex or any other kind of stimulation) I do not see a problem here.

Not really, if you use it well but a gal can't feel it, then what's the point? I have to be able to feel it. It doesn't have to be equally large both in girth & in length, one of the two is okay by me. If it's both, then it's a plus but I'd never seen both to be honest. It's either long and skinny or medium & fat, or REALLY tiny & REALLY small... either way, the really tiny/small doesn't do much for me. Again, I have to be able to feel it otherwise I can't get off.
