Its all right, I found out what it is (thanks to wikipedia). Just haven't heard it called that here in Oz.

The local morning radio guy does a song about how hot a girl with a cameltoe makes him. "There once was a girl from Donora with a large labia majora gotta love those clitoral curtains.....the girl with the cameltoe." can't rememer all the lyrics but it's funny as hell.
