I do not believe there is such an event as an anal orgasm--except for a man whose penis is being stimulated from the activity. As for the person on the receiving end of any/all anal stimulation the sensitive nerves there serve to intensify those sensations generated from other forms of stimulation--like what your hands/fingers, mouth and tongue are doing elsewhere.
Because the nerves in the region as well as the prostate in men contribute in a major way to a persons pleasure, they should be involved when a person is really turned on for maximum effect.
> when me and my hubby have anal sex, it hurts like hell
I have addressed this matter many times. Here it is again. In my never to be so humble opinion, insertion of a toy/dildo or penis should always follow some "teasing" by a finger in order to condition the sphincters into accepting an object going inside. In addition, inserting a very well lubricated finger is necessary in order to distribute the lubrication around the two sphincter muscles along the passageway. These done, then a toy or penis can follow.
It is also adviseable to use pressure to insert anything. Never poke, push, or shove something into the anus! There is absolutely no reason why anal play should hurt. If it does, then one and/or both of you are doing things incorrectly. If there is some discomfort, then stop the proceedings and add more lube to the affected area. The membranes should never become chafed.
I hope this is of help

Life without dancing?
I don't think so......
The feet may learn the steps;
yet only the spirit can dance!
Dancing is the fastest way to get
a girl alone and into your arms in public.
The Tango smolders and burns. It ignites the
heart, the soul, and yes, the libido.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass,
it's about learning how to Dance in the Rain!
Dance as if nobody is watching.
