Had I to hazard a guess, I'd say that your arousal is brought about by a combination of sensitive nerve endings in the skin that are tied to the autonomic nervous system, and, the fact that is is also a product of your imagination.
It is said that the skin is a person's largest sex organ and in which many nerves all over the body, not just those of the erogenous zones, are connected to the pleasure center of the brain. For you, this means those nerves also located in the feet. Being able to fantasize or have a healthy imagination no doubt plays an important part in your arousal.
