I had a prostatectomy and for men who go through this I can tell you that although my erection is not very firm I can enjoy sex with my much younger girlfriend. It take some understanding and trust but the fact that there is no ejaculation helps because the erection does not disappear. I use Cialis and Viagra.

I do hope that you are not using them together. They are slightly different medications but work the same way in the body and that includes side-effects. Using them both results in more than an additive effect and you could do yourself harm.
