I am just curious, I've heard this from someone that too much masturbation can lead to sterility. Is this true ?
If anyone can answer this question for me, you would be a GREAT help

That's a big lie. There is no such thing as too much masturbation. I mean you can not masturbate yourslef to death
or something like that, your own body will stop you from doing any harm. Like deroxor said, at some point you will dry up and won't be able to doit any more, but after some rest you'll be like new again and nothing else will happen.
But there will be a big problem if you start avoiding contact with other people so you can masturbate.

Don't worry about it at all. In fact I would say don't pay any attention to any of the myths about masturbation. Almost all, if not all of them are false.

No. Your testicles are constantly making new sperm, so you cannot run out just from masturbating. Frequent masturbation temporarily lowers the quantity of semen in each ejaculation, but it still leaves more than enough sperm to impregnate someone, and it has no long-term effects.
