Just over two years I was surfing the net when I cam across an American website selling a male masturbation machine. I was totally fascinated. I have a high sex drive and over the years when I have not been in a relationship have tried many so called “toys” to enhance masturbation and simulate real sex. To briefly describe the machine; it consisted of a air pump to which is attached by a thin rubber tube a clear plastic cylinder (called a receiver). Stretched through the middle of this is a latex sheath, on the end on the cylinder is an end cap with a air valve. When switched on the pump pumps air in and out of the outer area between the sheath and the inner of the cylinder. When the penis is inserted into the lubricated sheath and the pump switched on the cylinder and sheath grips the enclosed penis and moves up and down providing a intense massage, both stroke length and speed are infinitely adjustable. As I continued to look at the website I found the price, this was a shock to say the least. It was ridiculously expensive and at that point I dismissed any thoughts I had had about buying one of these machines.
Despite this some days afterwards I found myself searching the internet for more information about this machine. I even found some email addresses of guys who had bought them, my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to write and ask them about this device. The responses I received amazed me; they all thought it did all the makers claimed and more, together with the ability to give some incredible orgasms.
Over the next few months I did even more research and corresponded with more owners finding out everything I could about it. Finally I decided to buy a machine and I placed my order but still wondering if I was doing the right thing. At the time of buying I was still not in a relationship and did not want to take risks to satisfy my sexual needs and that also influenced my decision. (I am now lucky enough to be in a very happy relationship, but unfortunately this is a long distance relationship).
I think you can divide sex into three parts - one; the emotional experience, two; the experience of intimacy and three, the physical experience. To somebody who has not experienced the pleasure of the Venus it is difficult to describe. Applying adequate lubricant to the inside of the rubber liner within the receiver and to your penis you then position the end of the receiver on the tip of your penis. The feeling is quite loose and the receiver just slightly throbs but does not move. You then release just a small amount of air using the small air adjustment hose, as you do this you feel the grip of the smooth rubber liner starts to tighten around the whole length of your penis, but as yet still no movement. Just a little more air released and the grip tightens further, you can now clearly see the shape of your penis as the rubber liner clings and moulds its self to the shape of your penis a little like a thick condom.
There is now a feeling of intense anticipation as you release still further small amounts of air until the receiver starts to finally move, slowly up and down still tightly griping you penis encased in the rubber liner. Yes, it's a PASSIVE device, which is either mounted or held by an operator while the animal mounts it and thrusts away. No vibration or suction-machines though.
As for electrical stimulation, this is usually an electric probe which is inserted into a farm-animal's rectum, and low-voltage pulses are sufficient to stimulate the ejaculation of semen; likewise, primates like monkeys have low voltage attached directly to their genitals and it does the same thing; both are painless for the animals in question, but it takes a lot more to work for humans-- so much that it requires anaesthetic to avoid being painful long before it's effective.
This likewise goes for horses, who don't respond well to it.
Electro-stim is different from electro-ejaculation; it uses much more complex gear, and it's relatively difficult to achieve orgasm from it.

For the record: This is such internet garbage; there is NO "semen extracting machine" for animals. They either use an artificial vagina on a dummy which the animal is allowed to mount, or some sort of rectal means to massage or electrically stimulate the internal organs and produce semen. They might even masturbate the animal using a collection device to catch the semen. But as far as some sort of machine that stimulates the animal's penis like this Venus device, it's never existed.

Interesting to see this post is still running a few years on, as a Venus 2000 owner I thought maybe I could clear up a few of the misconceptions in some of the previous posts.
First of all as far as I am concerned there is no equivalent device for animals, as another poster said devices for animals are passive, the Venus machine is not passive, and it does not even vibrate. What it does do is move up and down the penis simulating normal intercourse, this is what makes the machine so good, it feels very much like the real thing.
Another poster questioned the safety of the device, the Venus “grips” rather than sucks, it feels like a tight gripping vagina which is exactly what it is designed to do, it certainly does not feel any way like a Hoover!. Although I cannot personally vouch for this the manufactures claim it will induce orgasm even without an erection, obviously this is great interest for those who have health problems preventing them from ever achieving a erection.

I bought a Venus several weeks ago. I have ED due to prostate surgery. It does enable a climax without an erection (& in my case without ejaculation). I'd recommend it for someone witn similar circumstances. The cost is high but so is the cost of treatment for cancer.
