it takes so long because you have brought up a tollerance using a vibrator... too much use of a vibrator can cause this as the feeling with your hand isn't as sensational thus takes longer to climax.
try gettung him to give you an orgasm with the vibrator and see if he can accomplish this.
as for positions for him to give you oral... try in the normal position with him between your legs lying down. but to help his neck put a pillow underneath your bottom so that you are sitting up higher so it does not hurt his neck as much... otherwise just tell him to move around into a position that is comfortable for him. also you can try 69 position if you want to. this may or may not help.

Why don't you do it yourself and make him watch on you do it. ? Show him how to do it. If you don't, it will take longer for him to figure out what works for you.

There are a lot. You just got to figure out which one work the best for the both of you. There's the 69 position and plenty of others. You can go on the net and search for some sex positions and then experiment the ones that appealed to you both.
