There is entirely too much to be developed for any of us to be making diagnoses, whether or not we consider ourselves capable. Take the advice to start with your GP and lay it all out. You have more than enough going on in your head to start running after recommendation you get on an anonymous board.

P.S. or, Rouge, move to one of the 29 OECD countries that has already exctended health care to the entire population. I just do not understand how the richest country in the history of humankind can be ranked 25th in health care. My little anti-Yank-medical-system rant. I do not pretend to understand anything about how it works but data tell us not very well.
