Sleeping together naked -- the poll

Ok, here's the poll:

Do you and your SO sleep naked when you are together, yes or no?

For the couples that sleep naked together, did you sleep naked before meeting your SO or did you start sleeping in the nude when/after you started sleeping with your SO? In other words, do you sleep naked alone or just with your partner?

For those that don't normally sleep naked together, have you ever tried it or at least thought about trying it?

Of course we sleep together naked!!! ALways have; always will. Pajamas, etc., are for kids.

.... and I sleep naked when alone as well. I believe I own one sleeping gown that was used once for several minutes.

I almost always slept nekkid with my late wife, although here in the frozen north, that occasionally does become a problem. However, snuggling naked, without pajamas on, does generate more warmth than with, so the chilly night air can be overcome! My new bride does often get cold in bed and although often goes to sleep nude, she often has a nightgown on when I awaken... When I was between wives, I finally got some pajamas, because I was getting too cold in bed!

I prefer to sleep naked, but she doesn't. She will join me some of the time. When she does join in, she will wake up during the night cold and go put on her pj's. I sleep better naked and it just feels better. Whenever I do wear something to bed, it feels so restricting to me and there are many times I will get naked during the night. I figure I might as well just start out naked and save the trouble later that night of getting naked.

So far the poll is showing a majority of people saying they often sleep naked with their SO.

Is this a recent trend? or have couples quietly been sleeping naked together for many years? You wouldn't think of Mr. & Mrs. Cleaver sleeping naked together but maybe they did??? Did they and just not admit it? Maybe kids all wore pjs years ago but did many couples sleep in the buff years ago?

I prefer to sleep in the buff but my wife will always at the very least wear her panties, unless we've had sex, in which case she will sleep in the nude. If the weather is cold she will also tend to wear a shirt.

Well, I'm not sure about my wife, I doubt she slept naked on her own, but I myself didn't until maybe a month or so before our wedding. Because of family and financial issues she's had to live with me since I proposed to her; we started showering together maybe a month into our engagement and that slowly progressed to sleeping naked together in bed. Kinda hard to believe we remained virgins 'til our wedding night, but we succeeded

Now we sleep in the nude every night, unless we're not feeling well or if it's cold outside (and it gets cold in the house easily). My wife enjoys it and honestly it feels really nice, her bare body against mine

I sleep naked, he does not. He tried to, but feels uneasy, cause he feels all warm and sweaty and likes the coton feel of a Tshirt for comfort :-) For me it's the other way around. I have trouble sleeping and why make it harder on myself with clothes that itch and get in my way? ;-) Ever since I've got my own place, I've slept naked. When I started my relationship, at first I didn't dare to sleep naked with him... Perhaps because my family always thought it was soooo weird and therefor I thought he might feel the same way... And it was very exciting to, to suddenly sleep in one bed with someone and perhaps I was a little afraid I might invite him to touch me in places I wasn't ready for at the time ;-)

Anyone experience with people disapproving this sleeping-naked-behavior?

Question in between the lines; for example F-A; you've got a line under you're message with a quote. I think you've done it so that it appears with every message. How do I do that? Sorry forum-newbie :-)
