The amount of sleep ypour body needs is different for each person. My wife requires 8 to 9 hrs of sleep for her to be at her best. Me on the other hand does good 3 to 4 hrs of sleep. Any less and I have no energy. any more and I feel groggy all day. I work some strang hrs myself being a truck driver. On day I might drive from 5am till 7 or 8pm then the next time I drive from 6pm till 7 or 8 am. Just depends on where I have to be and what time I need to get there. Now right after I finished my masters I worked 8am till 6pm so I would go to bed around 1 or 2 am and get up around 6am and I felt great all day. I got a wild hair and decided to live out a childhood fantasy last year and went on the road driving and it was a big adjustment. Having to sleep during the day sometimes really got to me but I finally trained my body to go to sleep when ever my head hits the pillow. Of course when I'm home my wife keeps me up but I have no complaints there, better her than the lot lizzards. You might try taking some Tylonal PM when your really having a problem falling asleep but try to stay away from prescription sleep aids unless you absolutly can not sleep, thay are habit forming no matter what the commercials say. Only take the Tylonal when you really have to because it too can become habbit forming. If your not getting the amount sleep your body needs your sex life will suffer, everything will suffer.
