She's one week post op and went from a 34AA to a 34 full C (yes, still some swelling). She got 339cc silicone implants partially under the muscle. She hopes to be full B, maybe just in to a C cup when all is said and done.

Two kids and her tummy is so tight and flat that you could seriously play chess on it! And never did sit-ups! Yes, she's a little hippy and carries her weight in her legs, but her neck and upper body is outstanding. I loved her look in hottie jeans and tight t-shirts BEFORE her breast aug.

Her breasts were fine with me, but she always wanted them to get back to the pre-nursing size. Maybe a little bigger.

So we get the $$ and she has vacation time to make this happen.

Wow, I just have to say I'm very impressed. I've always been a breast man. Loved her look pre-op with the nice bra and tight t-shirts. Now she puts on a tight shirt and I can barely keep my hands off her! Joked that I would need to get her a baseball bat so she can keep me at bay.

Yes, she's happy with the results! She's only 1.5 weeks post op and still a little sore. But her boobs are starting to get softer.

This afternoon the kiddos were gone playing at neighbors and we finished off a bottle of wine...and she said, "lets go upstairs!" Sweet!

I've been really careful around her and the new boobies cause I know they are tender and sore. But this afternoon she said, "go ahead, play with them" WOW! They are still hard, but man that kicked arse.

mattc: They are still "high and tight", a term gals who have had BAs use to describe their new boobs after surgery. Takes about a month for the muscles to relax and implant to fall down in to place. They look great in a sports bra and t-shirt (she's got to wear sports bra for a month), but nude they look a little too round and enhanced. I'd show you a picture...naaaa, just use your imagination!
