I'm curious as to whether or not the lingerie in question was actually worn? If it was never even used I feel he is perfectly in his rights to pay off the credit card, but also demand that she give them back, for him to return. However, that is the petty thing to do. You're best off just paying the bill and forgetting about it. Especially if you did get to enjoy her in them at least once... just think about it as paying a bill for services rendered.

Yes it was worn. But I doubt she enjoyed it. It was more of a thing of "feeling obligated to do it" I think. Like i said before, her only goal was to make me happy regardless of how crappy she felt, until she couldn't take it anymore. So everything she did was for her own self-esteem boost because of how badly she handled it and she wanted a way to make herself feel better. I think that is a pretty safe assumption.

You all have great points to this, yet I am already a gentleman and I can't really just "change who I am" because of this. I can't just, NOT PAY, for it after I said I would. The only way i wouldn't if if she tried to kill me, but she could break my heart 8000x's and I would still pay for it if I said I would. I believe in karma, and people get whats coming to them, just as she is getting what comes to her. I haven't wronged anyone in my lifetime, and I don't plan on starting now. I just have bad luck I suppose.
