Posterior Fornix Stimulation Position

Are there positions besides the above and down that work for stimulation of the posterior fornix position? I was thinking my wife on a Liberator type ramp face down with hips elevated and thrusting into postior fornix.

Any thoughts would help.

In this digital age I am an advocate of "digitizing" the front and rear fornixs as well as the G-spot. The reason is because using the penis is more hit and miss than the constant rubbing a finger or toy provides. Also, however these are accomplished, it is better done when the woman is very highly aroused, not early into the process.

If I might make a suggestion, ask your wife. Do not try to surprise her. Instead try to involve her in the sexual process by encouraging her to participate.

Doc please do not call it the front and back fornices. Using the proper terms prevents confusion. It isn't as simple as front and back anyway since the anterior fornix is both up and before while the posterior fornix is down and under.

The posterior fornix may, in fact, be easiest to hit if he comes in from behind. It all depends upon the two involved. The anterior fornix is best reached using the same position as used for G-Spot stimulation with the head of the penis, basically sitting up between her thighs when she's on her back. This does require some flexibility in the man but face it - there's no better reason to practice!
