Anal sex question
I have a question about anal sex and I hope someone can help me. My husband and I have tried anal twice now and we both enjoy it. The problem is that my husband orgasms almost as soon as he gets inside of me and after his orgams he feels light headed, like he might pass out. When we have vagianl sex he lasts much longer before he orgasms and he hasnt ever felt like he was going to pass out afterwards. Is it normal for men to orgams much more quickly with anal sex and does anyone know why he may feel light headed afterwards? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I do not know why he is experiencing the light headedness. There are at least three reasons why he may not last as long; one is that he is much more highly aroused; two, the sphincters are applying much more pressure; three, he is closer to a climax than at other times.
There are two articles listed in the Index that may help. Please read the one on anal play and the one on controlling orgasms using the squeeze technique and practicing the exercise. You'll find the Index at the top of the main screen. Welcome to the SI101 Board and its Forums. I hope you enjoy participating.

Excuse me but the feeling of "passing out" after orgasm is actually a sign of a serious heart condition and he should get himself checked out as soon as possible even if it does only occur after anal sex. It should NOT be happening.
Increased friction and the kinkiness of doing the "forbidden" can stimulate him into not being able to last very long. |

I kind of doubt there is anything wrong with him. He has had 2 or 3 episodes of passing out in the past and he was checked over after all of those times and they never found anything wrong with him. He is in very good physical shape, he rarely gets sick at all in fact but I will mention it to him. It seems to me that if it was because of a medical problem that he would have the same reaction after any orgasm. Thanks for the advice

Well, so why are you asking us if you know the answer already?
Seriously, there is a heart issue lurking. But, you know best. |

I wasnt trying to imply that I knew better than anyone else, I was just trying to explain that he has passed out in the past and when he was checked over they didnt find anything wrong with him. I was expecting someone to tell me that can be a normal reaction, maybe something to do with blood not returning to the brain due to the tightness or something like that. I certainly wasnt expecting for people to say that my husband has some serious medical problem... that didnt make me feel very good. Sorry... I appreciate the advice and I stated that, just not what I was expecting to hear. I will be sure to discuss it with him and the doctor.

There may be another reason he is getting light headed. He gets so excited he forgets to breath. As crazy as it sounds it used to happen to me when my wife give me a bj. It sounds silly but after we realized the problem and I made a point to concentrate on breathing I stopped getting light headed. I haven't had the problem in years now.

I have read a few other places about people saying they have hyperventilated, were holding thier breath etc after orgasms so I am hoping its nothing more than that. I am scheduling an appt. for a physical for him and he is going to mention it to his doctor while he is there. Hopefully its nothing serious. Thanks for the advice
