Hi, me and my wife are trying to get pregnant. We were wondering if there were any tips on keeping my cum inside of her. Another reason, is cause she loves the feeling of my cum inside of her.

When people are trying to become pregnant, we do have some recommendations. The woman on her back with a pillow under her butt to angle the vagina upwards. Have sex every other day. The assures that you will his a fertile window and allows the male recovery time for a good sperm count. Withdraw carefully and the woman should remain on her back with but raised for twenty to thirty minutes.

There is no way to stop all leakage but this will keep the dripping to minimum.

Not every other day - do it every night until he drops from exhaustion! Four hours should be four ejaculations. He will need his vitamins and to stay properly hydrated, of course, but you should be able to do this consistently if you are in good health. Yes the pillow and remaining on her back are necessary. Just relax beside her and do some cuddling, esp in between sessions.

Sorry. If a couple is trying to become pregnant, you must hit a fertile period and the sperm count must be high. Going multiples for many days in a row could reduce the sperm count by more than half. And going every other day ensures that there are sperm in her system when the egg is released.

Yes, but if they do not know when she is fertile, every night guarantees they'll hit it with fresh sperm, considering how much he makes daily, and it only takes one spermatazoon. The multiple sessions per night are to make it fun as well as productive; but that's optional.

It's also viewed as helpful in some literature if she orgasms after you have come (it can happen before too of course) as the physical action of the cervix upon her orgasm can be helpful to draw semen nearer where it needs to get.

There are good ovulation kits nowadays if you don't know what the right timing is.

There is a theory that the purpose of the female orgasm is to suck semen into the uterus. This depends upon acceting some theories about the angle of the uterus and where a pool of semen may be.

Then there are those of us who think that is just a theory because in some women, a puddle would form and in many more it would not. The fact is nature could care less whether or not the woman has an orgasm. The penis will spray the cervix with semen and the sperm swim aorund in there for a few days.

I agree it's not definite Bradye, but there's some good evidence for the physical 'upsuck' effect. The work by biologists Baker and Bellis in 1993 that has had some strong follow up research since (and argument against, for sure).

They found "when a woman climaxes any time between a minute before to 45 minutes after her lover ejaculates, she retains significantly more sperm than she does after nonorgasmic sex. When her orgasm precedes her male's by more than a minute, or when she does not have an orgasm, little sperm is retained. The team's results indicated that muscular contractions associated with orgasm pull sperm from the vagina to the cervix, where it's in better position to reach an egg." (Summary from Psychology Today Jan 1996)

Now, does this actually affect fertility, that's surprisingly vague, but the consensus seems to be it may be helpful.
