Unhappy Morning vaginal tightness?

So...my fiancee and I love to have morning sex on the weekend. Except today I was so tight he couldn't even go inside! Its nothing to do with foreplay/wetness, because morning sex always gets me rearing to go...its not the first time this has happened either. I was so tight I could barely even get my own finger inside. Can anyone explain why this happens? Some other info...we had sex last night before bed, I came twice if it matters. And I woke up wet from a dream before we started fooling around. I'm naturally tighter than most women, but this was too tight!

Perhaps the fact that you had a wet dream made you too tight...I mean I believe you had mentioned in another thread that you get uber tight after you finish...so three orgasms...especially one that woke you up...it just made you too tight....

Maybe, but it happens even when I don't wake up wet/horny/after a dream. I was wondering if maybe the muscles contract during sleep or something?

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Ducy, when you do not what you are talking about, keep quiet.

Curious, the "tightness"is most likely due to swelling from the previous night's sexual activity. The muscles would be relaxed but for a naturally "tight" woman, the swelling may not have gone down. Time to try some oral tricks!

Like curious I'd be too tight initially for sex in the moning. Morning glory's do seem to be a big thing with guys. For myself as its a favourite time for my husband I go along with it. Usually I pop out of bed for a hot shower and that relaxes me a lot, other times I'll just roll over and sort myself out for a minute or so just to relax myself, before turning back to hubby. Also I'll pour the lubricant on so it usually works out for me.

Did I do something to offend you brandye? Sure the nuvaring I had no idea what I was talking about, so I apologize for that but what the hell?

I mean I knew what I was talking about considering curious had posted a few months back that she would sometimes get so tight after orgasm that he found it uncomfortable...So this would make sense as a POSSIBILITY since she did have a wet dream...I just was unsure if it was one with an orgasm or one that stopped just short....

Man I must be on someones bad side...

Oh and curious, the thing about muscle contractions at night, MAYABE but the odds are on the low side since the body is generally relaxed at night, and while in the rem cycle your brain paralyzes the body to prevent movement during a dream (to prevent hurting yourself if you were to dream you were fighting) So if you woke up right out of the dream then more than likely there was little to no movement...

The swelling thing might be right, but regardless I DO get tighter after orgasm. And just curious where did you hear the info? Because my gyne says the muscles do tighten, and this is a quote from The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals: "As orgasm becomes imminent, the outer third of the vagina tightens and narrows, while overall the vagina lengthens and dilates and also becomes congested from engorged soft tissue." So its saying right at the entrance it tightens, and becomes "congested" so therefore less space inside?

The information on the relaxation during sleep? Basically any sleep article talks about how your body relaxes a bit during sleep and paralyzes itself to prevent movement during a dream...

And yes that is pretty much what it is saying....and one article I read on orgasms, is that the vagina becomes engoarged and it causes the cervix to dip down to where it would basically be in contact with the semen that would be ejaculated

I think the most important thing to realise is that vaginal tightness isn't a problem - it's completly natural, unlike men morning sex isn't an attraction for most women.
