My wife and I have been married for going on 3 yrs and have be together for about a total of 7. I feel as though I have much more sexual drive then she does and could have sex any time any where. I feel as though i have to really try to get her in the mode. I have tried things like massages, porn, toys, ect. would possible help. I know she has talked to her DR. about it i just feel as though i should be able to do more to help the situation. any suggestions.

Just open communication. Better sex is a decent site but if she has libido issues she should be rapidly pursuing the causes with physicians. If all medical is ruled out, look for an underlying emotional issue. Assuming you always had similar libidos.

Does she sleep properly, eat properly, and exercise? These do help.

I got those DVD's free when ordering items form the site. You can try to watch them together, they are very mild and show techniques. If technique is what you are looking to expand on or to increase your sexual raptor; however, I did not find anything in them new "news".

What did her doctor say? Didn't you go with her? How was she raised to think about sex? Do you have kids? How pressured or stressed is she? Does she masturbate? Does she orgasm? Do you help around the house? Have you tried The Program, see above stickies, and/or BodyWorship?

I didn't go to the doctor with her, I did offer but she siad it wasn't nessacary. Her doctor changed her B.C. It has helped but not enough i think. No kids yet but she does want to have kids, She doesn't masturbate. When we do have sex it is very good and we both orgasim. It just to get her in the mood is very difficult, but once shes in the she fine. Her stress level is normal i would stay and yes we share equal responsibilities around the house. I even cook dinner for her every day!lol. We have talked about it, and when i tell her she should go back to the dr. she get defensive and says theres nothing they can do.

Since you are married, what about non-hormonal BC? VCFs or C. Cap? I used them while I was married, they worked and although we were not ready for kids yet; if it did fail I was not the end of the world. The ring has hormones but less ten those in the pill; I am talking no hormones...perhaps diaphragm...cervical cap...Vaginal Contraceptive Film.

She just did switch to the "ring" about a month ago and i have noticed a diffenece. is that similar to what your talking about
