Which is weird, because I don't normally like my clit touched and he knows that...but oh well heat of the moment! Anyways, he started rubbing my clit, and making love to me halfway behind/sideways. Well I don't know the answer to your question...but I do like that position (spooning) very much as well.

I also like to think of it as the lazy mans way It's good for late at night when everyones too tired to hold their own weight.

Sounds like a very good position for a long session of love making. We did this not too long ago during a long session. I had started from behind and enjoyed that for awhile. Then I gave her some oral and then moved into the spooning position with her leg over me and me partly laying back from her to the side. No, it is not odd that your tastes in sex have changed. People do evolve over time. As you have grown more comfortable with him, you're more relaxed and you're more open to additional stimulation. The same can be said for him. Superb sex takes time to develop.

Yes only 10 minutes. I consider that fairly good in my experience. I suppose you're right about the comfort thing, I mean I have fooled around orally/petting with lots of guys, but he is only my second penetrating sex partner, and the other was only once. We have had a lot of sex though, we have lived together for about 3-4 months total. I am naturally confident sexually, but its still odd at first letting someone make you so vulnerable. I know the first few times you have sex with someone is just okay, because you don't know how their body works and what they like...but we know how to press each other's buttons, it just seems like we keep finding more and more ways. Which is great, more options means we won't get bored or have repetitive sex. Also, and I have heard this before from other women...sex (including kissing, masturbation, oral and "actual" sex) has gotten better for me, the older I get. They told me the best sex they had was from 25-35, ironically just as the raging hormones peak and dip. If thats true I'm almost at the peak.

Sweety I am well over 35 and NO you do not peak prior to 35 - remember your drive is based upon testosterone - even in women. So when your estrogen drops your testosterone levels actually increase in realtion to the total mix. You'll "party on" long after you think you will.
