This "relationship" has been over for awhile now, she just doesn't have the heart to tell you - And I'm betting you know that, too. It's time to man up and accept that there's nothing you can do to fix it.
Really, how much more of this misery are you willing to go through? Why not move on with your life, start having some fun, and maybe find a girl who appreciates you? Sounds a hell of a lot better than what you have right now...

Since the 10th grade huh? And you didn't expect this to happen? Sorry dude, but she's sent all the signals that she wants OUT! Females will very rarely just up and tell you to get lost. They tend to try to preserve your feelings and your ego - but they end up just confusing you. Sorry but even grown women, some of them, do it too.
It isn't about "she doesn't appreciate you" it is about "she's lost interest in you". It happens - just move on.
