No there's no secret code about it, Oedi. Some say FFM or FMF or MFF - just means 2 women and one man. Same sort of thing for MFM, MMF, FMM; 2 men and one woman.

been reading through these which is very interesting but would be interested to hear a girl's point of view if they were to be asked by their male partner of 11 years whether they would be interested in a MMF 3some.
