My Clingy Wife - 3

My wife got hired today!!!! the chief of security accepted her almost immediately. She passed her background check, and began training today. The good thing is that she's out of the apartment and doing something useful. Fortunately, her training won't take long because she's just watching cameras and is not allowed to carry a weapon.

It was kind of funny this morning, because I had to cut her hair to fit the appearance standards of the security staff. I thought she looked young before, but the haircut made her look like a teenage girl. Everyone in the security office had a hard time believing that she was twenty one, let alone twenty five.

And the latest joy - lunch break quickies. Her lunch break and mine are at the same time, although hers is considerably shorter, but she can drop by my office and talk or we can close and lock the door..... I think this is an arrangement that will work out well. She finally has a reason to get up in the morning, and I'm hoping she'll feel more comfortable knowing that she can see me in the middle of the day, and that I'm just a quick jog away from her portion of the building.

In the main rooms, yes. But since my promotion I have my own office, and there's no camera there!

Demon - she had pretty long hair. When tied up, none of her hair is supposed to touch the collar of her uniform. So, I had to take about four inches off of her hair, which now is shoulder-length and easier to tie back to match regulations.

The security chicks at my work have all different kinds of hair...oh well

My mom is a hairdresser and I grew up hanging w/ her at the beauty shop.
One time my friend wanted me to trim like an inch of her hair. I managed it but it took like forever b/c I couldn't tell if it was straight lol

Had to cut little brothers' and sisters' hair all the time. And my father cut my mothers, and she cut his.... nobody ever went to the barber 'cause we didn't have the money.

You have women security at your work? My wife will be only the second female on the security staff!

Yeah we have like 2 or 3 of them... then one quit security and actually started working there lol.
It doesn't need to much security I guess tho, b/c there is just the one main desk w/ the cameras...and then one person sits at the back entrance and just makes sure that the people coming in use their badge and don't have people piggybacking off another person.
Where is the place you work?
I work at a specialty Pharmacy...but it's mail order so it's like a big call center.

Off the collar is just that. Security or Police Departments, a simple solution women use is to pull their hair up in a bun. If it's good enough for the State Police; it holds for for a security position. Of the women in hospital security (an independent corp.) they do the same. You cannot force some one to cut their hair for employment but an employer can dictate the appearance (pulled up in a bun).
