I just want to add that I find it very mature, positive and CHARMING that you guys wait until you are ready.

Hi Clouded,

Many people find bondage to be an incredible addition to their sexual repertoire. As some other people here have said, get some experience with basic sex first.
When you finally do get around to bondage the VERY FIRST thing you need to know is WHEN TYING always have EMT safety shears or some blunt tipped scissors at hand ( in your pocket if dressed strapped to your hip if naked) and if using metal restraints be sure that the cuffs, manacles, etc. have a safety release. This is because in the case that your bondage bunny suddenly feels the need to be released or there is a fire, other emergency or natural disaster you can release her quickly. Also if she has been bound for 44minutes and 30 seconds you want to release here quickly before the FBI bursts through your door.

Meanwhile you can begin educating yourself on bondage as you are hopefully doing with your other sexual techniques. By the way for tying you can use old neckties and belts from bathrobes (the way I many people started started ) or rope. For your basic bedroom stuff cotton rope or the very soft polypropelene rope found in the hardware section of your local massive department store work fine. Later you might want to experiment with other materials.
