Talking Sexual Prime

Ok, Everybody, when did you reach your sexual prime, or is there such a thing? In the begining of my, like others, relationship, we humped like rabbits, then of course, it gradually started slacking off, started having kids, and eventually lead to 1 a month, maybe. Recently, all I can think about is Sex! I feel like a perv. I want to get off every oppertunity I can. The only thing that i can possibly think of that has changed is I have quit nursing my youngest son. Is there some kind of hormone that has kicked in to make me so horny? So am I entering my Prime, or is it hormone change/ is it going to go away as fast as it has came? Oh God, I hope NOT!

There are so many factors which affect libido. Hormone levels, stress, medications, fatigue, diet, exercise, and how you feel about yourself. Some people just have higher libido's then other's. If I went a week without sex I was a b**ch. I also believe as you get older you are more comfortable with your sexuality--the best years were probably 34-40. As you get older, the hormones drop decreasing sexual desire and response. Mid cycle I was sex crazed. I think it's important regardless of what's going on in life to make time to spend with your partner. I remember coming home exhausted from work and still making time for at least a quickie.

Now for some reason the past 2 months my cycle went bizarre and all interests/thoughts are long gone. The hormones get checked in 2 weeks.

I really believe it's an individual thing; enjoy it and have some fun!

Stopping the nursing does result in a hormone shift that could explain the short term change. No reason for it to abate except that things do get down to a routine. Enjoy while you are there!
