No Sex

I just wanted to ask .. me and my girl have been together over 14 months now, but recently we have been having less and less sex.

We've not had sex for 2 weeks now, and I think we have about twice this month, is that bad? Could it be that I'm doing something wrong?

Also, she is on the pill, could it be that it lowers her sex drive?

Talking

good morning,

well i will tell you that you may not be doing anything wrong BUT you might want to spice things up a little. some women like porn or try going to a sex toy store TOGETHER! let me tell you that what my hubby would pick out and what i would pick out are way two different things!!! so you should talk to her. be prepared that you might not want to hear what she has to say when you do talk in case you are doing something wrong. but you should want to know. another thing, men don't seem to understand that women's sexual turn on's are so different then men.......a man's is like a mountain peak it is over, for woman is can platue....for instant if my hubby is down on me for too long I grow board. he don't get it i tell him enough and he thinks like a guy "if it feels good why stop" not true at all! OK well you guys need to talk about it and take a trip to the sex toy store or shop on line.

best of luck to you!!!!!

Hmmm .. I want to talk to her about it but I'm scared I'll offend her or something .. like the other day, I asked her something about our relationship and she got offended and said I made her feel guilty (It was none sexual btw).

Open discussions about your relationship are a must, perhaps it's how you approach the subject?

Sexual interest varies depending on what's happening in life. Meaning stress, lack of sleep, medications & other activities, etc. It may have nothing to do with you, see what's going on with her.

guilty??? what the heck does that mean???
what would she feel guilty about.
could there be someone else?
guilt is not a normal feeling unless she has done something wrong.

Not unusual behaviour for teens starting out on their sexual lives. If you cannot talk about it, you (or she) shouldn't be doing it. Try to talk but be prepared for her wanting to take a break.

As for the pill, it depends upon how long she has been on it. Some women do experience a lowred libido in the first few months; some do not. That is between her and her doctor to work on.
