ok i need someone to make the decision for me, im so lost and feel AWFUL.

i've kept someting from my boyfriend which i know would upset him if he knows what i did. its nothng horrible to him like cheating etc, its something iv dun to myself. i just wud hate to upset him. id hate to lose his trust as iv promised i didnt do wot he thinks iv done. but i did... and im scared hel find out for sure sooner of later. hes already cottoned on no matter how much iv tried to hide it. and iv tried to hard.

i really regret wot iv dun, i was caught up in the moment. i jus hope if i tell him he sees that? He ses if i did do it hed love me no matter wot, but its not as easy as that. il always no iv lied. but iv only lied to protect his feelings. so is it relly as bad?

please tell me wot i shud do.

2-You have not stated what you have done to yourself. I.e. Did you smoke when you promised to quit?
