Hi,

I am 22 and have been with my boyfriend for three years.
When we first started going out we had sex all the time, like you do when you first get together, then we moved in together and obviously it dwindled as it does.
Thing is, I have never had a huge sex drive, I was assualted as a teen so was always hung up about sex.
Sex with my current fella started to get boring and we just stopped doing it for ages.
I have had no sex drive at all for months and then suddenly a few days ago it was like someone had turned on a switch.
Everything makes me horny, I think about sex constantly and no matter how much I get myself off I still feel like I have this itch I can't scratch.
I am embarrassed to initiate sex with my boyfriend as I have put on loads of weight recently and feel ashamed of my body, I am also embarrased because he just thinks I am a prude and I am worried he willl laugh if I try and go to bed with him. (we sleep in seperate rooms because he snores).
Could this have anything to do with being on the pill and then stopping taking it?
I just don't know what to do, I am all fat and blobby and feel like i shouldn't be allowed to enjoy sex.
I have a vibrator but it isn't the same.

I'm plump and I always want sex too. Just because you're big doesn't mean you don't want to have sex. Being female maybe you're just horny at certain times more than others. Alot of things contibute to not wanting to have sex. If he had a problem with you being big he probaly would of left by now. Maybe he's feeding off of the vibe coming from you about YOUR hangups. If he laughs at you for wanting to have sex with him and your in a relationship It's time to leave, he doesn't want you anymore, But the only way to find out is try.

The BCP can decrease/ruin libido so if you have recently stopped taking it, as stated, I would not be shocked about the recent change. Also normal hormone levels fluctuate...Give him a try and see what happens.

GET OVER IT! Chances are he hasn't really noticed. If a guy doesn't notice a haircut, what makes you think that he'll even realize that there's more of you to love. As for initiating sex, just go for it. How many men will really say no to a woman making moves on them???

hi let me tell you something from experence... i am also a big girl and have been married 2+ years my husband was quite shy when we "got together" and never started in the bedroom....but when i took the lead and started....well lets say he made it a BIG finish...now we can,t seem to keep our hands, mouth, tounges, or anything else away from each other so go for it girl.... GET HIM DONE
