sex during wife period

i have a little problems with having sex with my wife during her period. I sorta get grossed out. I have tried it on several occassion but i still get the same reactions. Is the any way to get pass this and do women have sex during their period?

This has never been a big deal for us. We have sex during her period all the time. Sometimes we may put it off for a day or two. Other times we will just put a towel under her on the bed to make clean up easier.

ive only had sex on my period once and he was OK with it.. but I wasnt,, I guess it does just depend on the person...
