bigger breast or not

my wife has small breast, I thinks she is a size A. She has mention that she feels like she had bigger ones. But as the end of the comment she usually ends it saying she is content on how is was made. Is she really confused or is slighting hinting that she wants surgery? (i ALWAYS reply back by saying that i love her chest. I even have a cute nickname for them.) if she is confuse, should i just tell her to get one? is this showing encouragement? Honeslty i am a chest man, and i am inclined to larger breast, so i don't want to be so jerk that is trying to get mine only. Comment now...

I wouldn't worry about it... she may just be looking for a little reassurance or may actually bring it up to hear the cute nickname because she likes it.

I'm betting you would know if it was really bothering her.

You could, of course, ask... but don't make a big deal out of it since she's not.
